Effective project management involves meeting deadlines, staying within budget, coordinating diverse groups of people, solving problems and achieving results. AMCG was contracted to manage a multi billion Fab construction - a project with very high complexity and tight schedule.

These constraints required a proven project management methodology with supporting tools that would ensure meeting project's goals.

AMCG had used its extensive experience in large and complex projects to introduce the customer with its structured Project Management methodology and a variety of tools that were specifically targeted to deal successfully with the issues on hand. These tools covered critical areas such as: Project Coordination, Project Change Management, and System Alignment. Integration of the various stakeholders in the project was also addressed in details with software tools for Milestone Integration Management, Risk Management, Change Control and Budget Control.
 

The team worked very closely with the customer and facilitated weekly meetings where strategic goals and performance were presented and discussed. The process itself and the results of the project exceeded customer expectations and he was extremely satisfied with AMCG performance.
